How to File/ Check Status of Complaint

For any complaints or queries, you can reach out to us by either calling us or emailing us. Following is the process for both methods:

  1. Call us:
    1. Call our customer care executive at the toll free number 1800 1020.
    2. Describe to us your query or complaint in detail.
    3. We will create a ticket with your query/complaint for further processing.
  2. Email us:
    1. You can email your query/complaint to us directly at [email protected]
    2. Describe your query/complaint in detail in your email.
    3. On receipt of your email, a ticket will be created and an auto response email will be sent to your registered email ID with the unique reference number for future reference.

You can check the status of your query or complaint by again reaching out to us via call at 1800 1020 or via email at [email protected]. Just remember to keep your reference number of the ticket handy for reference.
